• Orders are shipped only upon completion of production. 
• Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier service.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or  external factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Changing of address after the order is confirmed will not be accepted.
