Welcome to Keeve! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, these Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

General 🌏

  • Keeve is based in Indonesia 🇮🇩, but we ship worldwide
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.
  • Most of our items have a pre-order time of 2-10 weeks. Our products are not meant for urgent orders. 
  • Purchase only if you are willing to wait.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

Most of our items are made to order. This means each piece is produced specifically after your order is confirmed.

  • Standard production and fulfillment time is 8–10 weeks from the date of purchase.

  • This timeframe excludes shipping duration and customs clearance (if applicable).

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this waiting period.

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of the production timeline. Failure to read this information does not exempt customers from these terms.

2. Orders & Payments 🧾

  • Once payment is successfully processed, your order is considered confirmed and final.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  • Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed.

3. No Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges ‼️

  • All sales are final. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded once confirmed.
  • We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Delays within the stated 8–10 week production window
  3. Personal preference & Incorrect size / colour 
  4. Failure to read product descriptions or policies

Any emails or messages requesting cancellations or refunds will not be accommodated.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of items and unboxing videos.
  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • We have the right to reject any returns, cancellations, or exchange request if we deem them invalid.
  • Email us at keevejastipcn@gmail.com before sending back any item.

5. Shipping & Delivery 🚚.

  • As most items are on Pre-Order basis, do contact us or check the description for more information.
  • Pre-Order items are shipped within 2-10 weeks depending on each item. 
  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Changing of address after order is confirmed will not be accepted.

6. Product Descriptions

  • We do our best to accurately describe our products. However, slight variations in color or size may occur. 
  • Product images are for reference only and may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Please read the description before placing an order
